202+/- Acres $2,950,000

The 202+ acre property includes 93.3 acres of producing wine grapes. Planted in 1993 and 1994 with 12’ rows and 7’ vine spacing with vertical trellis system and drip irrigated, this vineyard is in Prime Condition. All the vines are Merlot clones and grafted to disease resistant root stock. There are approximately 15 acres adjacent to the vineyard that are prepared for additional plantings. Another field of about 94 acres has two beautiful hilltop building sites with panoramic views of the Hames Valley and beyond. The property is deer fenced and the owner uses the unplanted acreage for cattle grazing.

Just across the paved County Road is the 187+ acre parcel that includes 140 acres of mature wine grapes featuring 109 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon, 22 acres of Merlot and 9 acres of Cabernet France. Most of this large vineyard is planted on 11’ rows and 6’ spacing. In addition to this highly productive vineyard there is a 2500 foot long landing strip for easy access by private aircraft.
