	Mike has just completed his 40th year as an active Realtor in the State of California. Mike was the President and principal owner of Collins & Watts Realty with nine offices and two escrow companies from Camarillo to San Diego. Through Collins & Watts, over 13,000 properties were marketed and sold in his 30 years of actively running the company. He retired in 1994 from Real Estate to pursue another interest. In 1994 Mike acquired and developed 20 acres of vineyards in the San Miguel area in the Independence Ranch. Some of the buyers of his wine grapes have been Stags Leap Wine Cellars in Napa, the Hess Collection in Napa and Sebastiani Winery in Sonoma. As a grower, Mike developed the expertise to successfully run a vineyard, trouble shoot and act as a consultant to his clients interested in acquiring vineyard property. In the past years Mike has brokered over twenty-five vineyard properties for clients such as SouthCorp of Australia, Carrasco Farms of Arizona and California, L & P Vineyard Holdings, Fox Run Vineyards and Hunt Cellars to name a few.

Mike is active in the Paso Robles community actively serving with the Kiwanis Club and is very involved in the Paso Robles Elk Club and is a Past Exalted Ruler of that organization. He is a Charter member of a newly formed organization known as the Independent Grape Growers Paso Robles Association, IGGPRA, that promotes the wine industry in the Paso Robles area, and sits on their Board as a Director. In 1996 Mike sold his vineyard and became active once again with his first love "Real Estate Sales". He joined the staff at Bob Graham Realty, Inc. and has consistently been a top producer. He strives to meet the needs of his clients professionally, courteously and always with their interest first.
